Wireless Charging for AGVs & Automated Forklifts

Keep heavy-duty vehicles powered through every shift. FINSIOT's Lumii MAX™ wireless charging systems enable AGVs, automated forklifts, and industrial mobile platforms to recharge automatically during scheduled stops—without plugs, sliding contacts, or manual intervention. Build charging into the route and keep your fleet moving 24/7.

Power Built Into Every Work Cycle

AGVs follow repeatable routes, while automated forklifts move through recurring picking, transport, and load-handling cycles. Lumii MAX turns the stops already built into those workflows—from transfer stations to staging areas—into automatic charging opportunities. That keeps batteries topped up and vehicles available while reducing contact-related maintenance and manual battery handling.

When the Charging Interface
Becomes the Weak Link

Contact Wear Adds Up

High-current charging is repeated day after day. Sliding contacts, plugs, and exposed conductive surfaces can wear, oxidize, or require regular adjustment—adding maintenance work for both vehicle manufacturers and end users.

Real-World Stops Are Never Perfect

Payload changes, tire wear, and normal positioning variation can affect where a vehicle stops. Wireless power transfer provides practical alignment tolerance without relying on precise mechanical engagement at every charging cycle.

Industrial Conditions Challenge Exposed Contacts

Dust, moisture, debris, and frequent cleaning can affect conventional charging interfaces. Sealed transmitter and receiver units help maintain reliable charging in demanding industrial environments.

AGV maintenance
No contact wear. No precision docking. Less charging-related maintenance.

Automatic Charging at Repeatable Stops

At transfer stations, staging areas, or other programmed stops, the AGV positions its onboard receiver within the charging zone. Power transfer starts automatically and replenishes the battery during the available dwell time—without plugs or mechanical contacts. When the stop is complete, the vehicle returns to its route, reducing dedicated charging trips and supporting continuous multi-shift operation.

How It Works - AGV Charging

Match Charging Power to the Duty Cycle

Charging demand is shaped by the vehicle platform, payload, battery capacity, duty cycle, and the time available at each stop. Lumii MAX offers power options from 300 W to 3 kW, supporting compact AGVs through automated forklifts and heavy-duty transport platforms.

Lumii MAX™ MC Series

Compact Power for Light-Duty AGVs

300 W / 600 W
Lumii MAX MC Series for compact AGVs

For compact AGVs, guided carts, and lower-energy mobile platforms with frequent or longer stops available for charging.

  • 24 V / 48 V DC
  • Compact 160 × 160 × 50 mm modules
  • RS485 communication
Lumii MAX™ HC Series

Higher Power for Heavy-Duty Transport

1.2 kW / 3.0 kW
Lumii MAX HC Series for heavy-duty AGVs and automated forklifts

For high-payload AGVs, automated forklifts, tow tractors, and demanding duty cycles where each charging window needs to deliver more energy.

  • 40–60 V DC
  • Model-dependent air gap up to 100 mm
  • RS485 / CAN communication
